What Works For Me
Our latest Monday group project is a series of short films about coping mechanisms.
Everyone develops their own way of dealing with stressful situations and times. Our group thought that there would be a real benefit in being able to share with others what works for them.
These are not necessarily the clinical strategies that you would find in the phsycological texts books but the little methods in life that can make a big difference to all of us.
