Why I Write

A film created by our AIP Mental Health Group about the benefits putting your thoughts down on paper and reflecting upon the past.

The film is part of our What Works For Me series which explores the different coping strategies that people develop to help with their mental health and with stressful situations.

Our hope is that by sharing the techniques that work for us we can help each other get through difficult times. Remember that a coping strategy can be as simple as taking time for a cup of tea. Feel free to share what works for you on twitter #whatworksforme
