Plans are underway to roll out a vaccination that will protect people from COVID-19.
To help these plans, we want to hear from you:
Are you planning to have the COVID-19 vaccine when it becomes available?
Is there anything that would stop you from having the vaccine?
What questions do you have?
Tell us your views by completing our survey:

Please share the link with your contacts, friends and family to help us hear from as many people as possible across our communities.
About this survey
This survey has been created on behalf of partners across the local health and care system. We are working closely together, as NHS organisations, local councils, Healthwatch, the faith sector, voluntary sector and community organisations to make sure that the views of all Bradford District and Craven communities are understood.
What will happen to my information?
The information you share in this survey will be used to help make plans for how we will deliver the COVID-19 vaccination programme in Bradford District and Craven.
We will produce reports that will include information about what people tell us and about the different groups of people who took part. We will not ask for your name or contact details, and we will not share any information that could identify you.
About the vaccine
A coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine has been approved for use in the UK.
The vaccine has met strict standards of safety, quality and effectiveness set out by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
Other vaccines are being developed. They will only be available on the NHS once they have been thoroughly tested to make sure they are safe and effective.
